Shake cake
Fast cake with angel’s cream
This is a very easy cake to make. Also known as James Bond cake (shaken – not stirred).
Ingredients:
1 already baked flan case/base
chocolate sprinkles (optional)
Ingredients for the filling:
2 small tins tangerines (with juice)
2x single cream each 200g
2 sachets Sahnesteif (whip-it)
2 sachets Paradiescreme Vanille (angel’s cream)
Method:
Place the tangerines (with the juice) and the single cream in a plastic bowl, sprinkle the angel’s cream evenly above it and finally scatter the content of the whip-it. Now close your plastic bowl with the lid and shake a few times until the mixture is firm.
Immediately arrange on the flan case. And that’s it! Always keep refrigerated. Before serving, garnish with chocolate sprinkles.

Shamrock shake
The famous mint green milkshake
Smooth and creamy mint flavoured shake topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
8 drops green food colouring
whipped cream and green sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
1. Place ice cream, milk, mint extract and green food colour in blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired. Serve immediately.

Yoghurt Mint Dessert
Delicious
An easy mint yogurt dessert with cherries. Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 glass (720 ml) sour or morello cherries
100 g chocolate mints
175 ml cream
375 g full fat natural yoghurt (3.5 or 3.8% fat)
60 g sugar
How to do it:
1. Drain the cherries in a sieve. Put aside 4-6 mints, chop the rest finely.
2. Whip the cream with an electric mixer, add the yoghurt and the sugar. Now mix in the mints.
3. Divide the cherries (apart from 4-6) into 4-6 dessert glasses and add the cream.
Chill for at least 2 hours, decorate with remaining mints and cherries.
